Chris Mandigma, the founder and Director of Training of Tirsia Tactical is a recognized authority and subject matter specialist in law enforcement tactics and close-quarter combatives (CQC), with a specialty in edged weapons. Chris, himself a former federal law enforcement officer and instructor.

Chris developed an expansive law enforcement training program in use-of-force, defensive tactics and firearms which has grown into a recognized and preferred standard for multiple enforcement services. His training background is multi-disciplinary from Muay Thai, Jiu-jitsu, and Pekiti-Tirsia Kali to firearms in close quarters. He has been educating law enforcement and security for over 15 years in use of force and defensive tactics subject matters across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, the Middle East and the Caribbean.
