Paying homage to Pekiti-Tirsia Kali, which is a highly-effective close-quarter fighting art indigenous to the Visayan region of the Philippines founded in 1897 by Grand Master Conrado Tortal, it means 'quartering in fighting' or 'to push the enemy to an area of three corner sides. The lineage then continued to Grand Master Leo Tortal Gaje Jr. onto Tuhon Jared Wihongi.
